The latest chapter in this remixed Air Jordan Legacy is directly tied to both the Spizikes and the Dub Zeros. Jordan Son of Mars offers the laser etching introduced during the AJXX/Dub Zero product cycle while keeping with the early’90s silhouette that we see on the earlier Spike Lee-referencing hybrid. This first release is something like Son of Mars take on the Spizike’s ‘Grape’ rendition, itself an Aquatone hit or two away from the beloved Air Jordan VIII it sampled.
